New Knees

On November 11, I had total bi-lateral knee arthroplasties. Both knees are doing well. I was in hospital two nights. Then, my wonderful husband, Glenn, took me home. He’s a wonderful nurse, if a bit indulgent. I love that man! It’s good that I only have to go through this once. That’s the way I wanted it. 

It's been a month, and recovery is proceeding as expected. I still hurt some, but I'm diligent with the physical therapy. I'm walking well with a cane. By Christmas, I may be dancing! 

God is good, all the time. He is the great Healer. I trust that God will see us through this, as well as through all the COVID difficulties. So many lives. So much hurt. So much pain.
